One of the exclusions of Permitted Development Rights [PDR] can restrict their implementation when the project or application is on article 2(3) land.

Article 2(3) land is defined in the Statutory Instrument [SI] for the PDR order.  These lands cover Conservation areas, AONB’s, National Park’s, The Broads and World Heritage Sights.
